All prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.

Fares

Fares are an additional cost. Select from the schedule and add to your purchase when checking out. Checked out purchases without fare selection from the schedule mean you have your own transportation.

Your Voucher and Departure Times

Please present your voucher to your driver upon pickup at the time of your pick up from the Cruise Ship Pier or Hotel. You must arrive at pick-up points at least 20 minutes before tour time departure. We cannot be held responsible for clients showing up without their vouchers or arriving late for a tour if you are being picked up.

If you are travelling to the location on your own provide present voucher immediately upon arrival to welcome team. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the planned time for your adventure.

Availability

The travel products sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received and a follow up email is sent from our reservation department confirming same.

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty.
Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same date of the tour will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Yardy River Adventures within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
Promotional rates requiring advanced payments in full upon booking is non-refundable hence should a cancelation be made thereafter no refund will be applicable, date changes may be accommodated.
